সাধারণ ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী
আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের নিয়মের সাথে একমত পোষণ করছেন। আমরা যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। সাইটের চলমান ব্যবহারের অর্থ আপনি নতুন শর্ত মেনে নিয়েছেন।
অ্যাকাউন্টের দায়িত্বভার
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার। কেনা লাইসেন্স কী বা অ্যাকাউন্ট অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ এবং এর ফলে অ্যাকাউন্টটি স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান হতে পারে।
কেনাকাটা এবং ডেলিভারি
ডিজিটাল পণ্যের সকল ক্রয় চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে। পেমেন্ট ভেরিফাই হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই প্রোডাক্টের এক্সেস বা লাইসেন্স কী আপনার ইমেইল এবং ড্যাশবোর্ডে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ডেলিভারি হয়ে যাবে।
রিফান্ড পলিসি
রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র তখনই দেওয়া হবে যদি প্রোডাক্টটি কাজ না করে এবং আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম ৩ দিনের মধ্যে সমাধান দিতে ব্যর্থ হয়। ডিজিটাল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে 'মন পরিবর্তন' এর জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
অ্যাফিলিয়েট এবং পার্টনার নিয়ম
অ্যাফিলিয়েটদের অবশ্যই সৎ উপায়ে প্রমোশন করতে হবে। স্প্যামিং, মিথ্যা প্রলোভন বা নিজের রেফারেলে নিজে কেনাকাটা করে কমিশন নেওয়া নিষিদ্ধ। পেআউটের পূর্বে আমরা সকল সেল অডিট করে থাকি।

By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with our rules. Pro Access reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuous use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your account or purchased license keys with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in an instant ban.
Purchases & Delivery
All digital product purchases are final. Once the payment is verified, the product access or license key will be automatically delivered to your registered email and user dashboard instantly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if the digital product is proven defective and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 3 days. No refunds are given for 'change of mind' on digital goods.
Affiliate & Partner Rules
Affiliates must promote products ethically. Spamming, misleading claims, or self-referrals to earn commission are strictly prohibited. We audit all affiliate sales before payout processing.
